New pool furniture is here, new dining tables and end tables are on their way. The deck is glowing after being power washed. Our bathrooms have a fresh coat of paint, new lighting, vanities, and baby changing tables.
It’s going to be a great summer. See you at the pool!
Serenade Residents, as many of you know, the Board has purchased new pool furniture for the Neighborhood. WE HAVE STACKED THE OLD FURNITURE BY THE BASKETBALL COURTS. There are lounge chairs, dining chairs, and other odd ends. We are offering this furniture to any of our Serenade residents for FREE who think they can use it in their backyard. You are welcome to take what you can use. Some of the chairs need some TLC or new straps put on which is why we are offering this for free. First come first serve. Having said that, we would ask you be respectful and only take a few pieces for each home making sure enough people have the chance to grab any pieces they can use. Anything not taken by the end of the weekend will be donated. We hope you can use some of it. ENJOY!

The Fire Department is in the neighborhood doing fire hydrant maintenance. They said you may experience brown water for a little while (likely just a few hours). It will clear,..but they said you may want to put a hold on washing and loads of white laundry.
