Annual Meeting Update

We had a very good annual meeting on Tuesday.  Thank you to all who came or sent their proxy.  If you weren’t able to attend, the topics of discussion were the accomplishments for 2017, the development of South on Main and Woodstock and how it will impact Serenade, committee updates, raising of dues, what the Board will focus on in 2018, and the election for two board seats that were expiring.  The Board elected to serve Serenade for 2018 are Cameron Dean (President), Christian Wulfers (Vice President), Don Villnow (Treasurer), Rob Lockhart (Secretary), and Paula Willis (Assistant Secretary).  Further details about the annual meeting will be available in the upcoming newsletter in early March.  Always feel free to contact the Board or an individual Board member if you have any questions.Serenade Entrance

Easter Egg Hunt

Join us for an Easter egg hunt and fun activities for all! Light refreshments will be served in the cabana. Please bring a bag or basket for children collecting eggs. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10:15am.

Please consider donating plastic eggs or unopened bags of candy for stuffing eggs before March 17th. You can drop off donations on the porch at 361 Windsong Way.

We will need some older children and/or adults to volunteer to hide eggs at the cabana at 9:45am.

We are also in need of  plastic Easter eggs and unopened bags of candy for stuffing eggs.  If you will have children participating in the Easter Egg Hunt, please consider donating. We will stuff about 1,000 eggs this year and any donations help! Please drop off donations before March 17th.  Drop donations off on Jerilyn Messer’s porch.  Email the social committee at for her address.
