I received this earlier today via email from the Lawyer representing the developer. I have been in communication with them on the property since many residents in the community received initial letters, but with no information viable to pass on…other than games of phone tag and partial information on email…until now…
The update from the legal team:
My client is continuing the case until January because the access to the property is across the railroad track and a survey is needed before the crossing location can be confirmed. The site plan may change based upon this information. Please contact me next month to get a revised site plan once I have a revised survey.
I will be in contact with them again in the coming month. Knowing from previous development experience, getting the survey completed, and then having that accurately represented on the plans, will take a month at a minimum. So, please know, the issue is being followed, but an update might not be available on 12/2…but it will be posted as soon as it is received.
